The Shareholder Council was established on 25^th June 2013. Council's task is to manage issues related to the performance of the Jagiellonian University the role of Shareholder in the International Company - Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research under the Convention relating to the construction and operation of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe, signed in Wiesbaden on 4^th October 2010.

The Shareholder Council operates till 1^st October 2021 and it is formed by the following members:

• Prof. Zbigniew Majka - Chairman of the Shareholder Council, Chairman of the Council NCF,
• Prof. Piotr Salabura - Deputy-chairman of the Shareholder Council
• Prof. Piotr Kuśtrowski - Vice-Rector of the Jagiellonian University for Research and Structural Funds,
• Prof. Ewa Gudowska-Nowak - Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science,
• Ms. Teresa Kapcia - Acting Bursar of the Jagiellonian University,
•  dr Dariusz Drewniak - representative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education
