The Shareholder Council was established on 25th June 2013. Council's task is to manage issues related to the performance of the Jagiellonian University the role of Shareholder in the International Company - Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research under the Convention relating to the construction and operation of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe, signed in Wiesbaden on 4th October 2010.
The Shareholder Council from 3rd October 2024 is formed by the following members:
- Prof. Piotr Salabura - Chairman of the Shareholder Council,
- Prof. Wojciech Macyk - Vice-Rector of the Jagiellonian University for Research,
- Prof. Zbigniew Postawa - Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science,
- Ms. Teresa Kapcia - Acting Bursar of the Jagiellonian University,
- Mrs. Michał Goszczyński - representative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
